There's a monetary system, I'll have to look at it. OH! Maybe this can be a 'rumors' thing, or I can put rumors in the newfeed. Example being sighting a Primed Eikon and stuff.

For now, unclaimed Eikon's will be NPC's played by mods. I think I have a plug-in for it, I just need to activate the thing.
